MMI Preparation course in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah
Multiple Mini Interviews are a part of the admission process to Medical Courses in most Universities. They are designed to assess you on multiple skills such as critical reasoning, empathy, communication ability, confidence, presentation, multi-tasking, etc. It helps the examiners develop an understanding of your personality as a whole and gives the candidate an opportunity to create a good impression.
What is an MMI?
Unlike the regular panel interviews, MMIs are unique in the way they are designed. The student goes through several stations and is assessed on various skills at each station. Usually most stations last approximately 8-10 minutes each. You will be presented with a scenario or question and will be given some preparation time, following which you shall enter the room and answer the question or participate in a role play.
MMI 2020- is it different?
The COVID 19 situation has everybody in a panic and there are definitely quite a few drastic changes in the way admissions are being processed for medical entrance. As of now the medical schools are trying their best to come up with ways to conduct the interviews while following the required social distancing protocol. Each university has devised their own plan and we at Brighterprep shall help you prepare and showcase your abilities in the best possible manner. Do I need to prepare for the MMI?
Performance at the interview could be the deal breaker when talking about receiving an acceptance letter. It is a golden opportunity given to each applicant to prove their mettle and make their mark. As far as expectations from candidates are concerned, this year is no different from others. There will be no leniency or changes owing to the current situation. The only wrinkle would be the fact that it will need to be done online making it a little harder to impress; therefore, making preparation even more essential.

" The average person puts only 25% of his energy into his work.
The world takes off its hat to those who put in more than 50% of their capacity, and stands on its head for those few and far between souls who devote 100%." - Andrew Carnegie
The only question that remains is – how far are you willing to put in?
